Q. HOW DO I EDIT MY PAGE?
A. To Edit Your Profile Click Where is Say's 'Manage My Page' This is Located On The Top Left Of Your Profile.. From There You Can Click On 'Appearance'.
Q. HOW CAN I MAKE MY PROFILE PRIVATE?
A. Just go to 'Settings' on your page and choose 'Privacy'... From there you can choose who can see your page, also you can adjust comment approvals etc, it's recommended that you select approve comments etc if you don't want any comments just randomly appearing on your page.
Q. HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN I UPLOAD?
A. You can upload Unlimited Photos!
Please Note that it is Your Responsibility to ensure that all photos you Upload are Not offensive to anyone when having a Public Profile, Especially for Under 18's that use the Site.
If you feel that your Photos are not suitable for all to View then you MUST Follow the GuideLines Below:
GUIDELINES:
Your Profile MUST be set to 'PRIVATE' - To do this please go to 'Settings' and Select 'Privacy' - Then Select 'Only Friends can view my Profile'
Your Uploaded Photos MUST be Marked as 'Only Friends Can View' - You will be asked this after you have Uploaded your Photos - However if you skipped past it you MUST click on Each Photo and Select 'Edit' Underneath Each Photo - From Their you MUST select 'Only Friends can View This Photo'.
Your Default Profile Photo MUST Not be of an Offensive Nature - Any photos that you consider to be not suitable to Under 18's MUST be Kept Private and Only Visible to your Friends.

A. Yes of course you can!
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY UPLOADED MUSIC MUST BE ORIGINAL (YOUR'S) MATERIAL AND NOT CHART MUSIC FROM A MAJOR ARTIST AS THIS IS AGAINST PRS (Performing Rights Society) Rules.

A. Your Music Player can Be Dragged to another position on your page to make it Bigger, you can also Select 'Auto Play' from the Edit menu above the Player, In fact all Modules on the Page have your Own 'Edit' Choices and can Be Dragged to any Position.
To Drag any Module on your page, ie, the Comments Box, HTML Box and Music Player etc simply Click on the Top Bar of each Module and an <> Sign will appear, simply 'Drag' to a new Position.
Q. I'VE UPLOADED PICTURES. HOW CAN I MAKE THEM FOR JUST MY FRIENDS TO SEE, ALSO HOW DO I GET THE SLIDESHOW OFF OF MY PAGE?
A.:When you Upload Photos to your Page you are asked as to WHO CAN SEE YOUR PHOTO(S) 'EVERYONE' JUST YOUR FRIENDS OR JUST 'YOU' If you Want to CHANGE THESE SETTINGS AT ANYTIME PLEASE 'CLICK ON EACH PHOTO AND THEN GO TO 'EDIT' THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO 'CHANGE PERMISSIONS'
*** BY DEFAULT YOUR PHOTOS WILL APPEAR AS A SLIDE SHOW ON YOUR PAGE' PLEASE CLICK 'EDIT' ON YOUR SLIDE SHOW TO ADJUST IT TO 'THUMBNAILS' ETC IF YOU WANT...
If you don't want to add any photos in your Photos Folder then why not add a Cool Slide Show Instead or have Both!... Just Copy and paste the HTML Code into Your Text Editing Box and it's done! If you don't have a Slideshow then why not make one? A Popular Source is: www.slide.com
Q. CAN I CHANGE MY PROFILE URL?
A. Yes you can! You can change it to something more simple, it's useful if you have a long profile name and don't want it to be the same as your profile URL, so just go to 'Settings' and Click 'Profile'... from there you can change the www.liveforlondon/profile/ at the bottom of the page!

INSTANT MESSAGING: Please Note that Messaging is Disabled for Non Friends, which means that you have to be in the friends List to Send a Message, this is to Protect your Privacy from Random Messages appearing in your Inbox.
HTML: This Box that you are reading is a Text and HTML Box, you can add Videos, Images or ANY HTML to your page. Also HTML Codes can be Inserted when sending a Message or Events Posting, In Fact HTML can Be Inserted almost anywhere, you may want to include an Image from an Image Hosting Company, Just Copy the HTML Code into your Message!
A Good Source For image Hosting is: www.photobucket.com
VIDEOS: Where Possible please try to Use the HTML Codes from YouTube, Google or Myspace, Your HTML Box on your Page will Load these Fast.
APPLICATIONS: Please View the Applications Link on your page, you can add MSN or Yahoo Direct to Your Page! There's Loads More so Take a Look!
EVENTS POSTINGS: You Must Upload an Image to the event otherwise an Error message will Display! ALSO: if you want additional Images in your Event then Please Add The HTML Code from an Image Hosting Company and Insert them in the 'Description' Box!

If you Click on 'Enter Email Addresses' On The 'Invite' Page it will allow you to Import from MSN, YAHOO, GMAIL or AOL.
BUSINESS SERVICES: We are unable to allow any Profiles Advertising Profit Making Services, an example of this is: A Local corner shop or Spare Tyres, Car sales, PC Repairs etc etc... as these type of Services are not within our Current Contract with Our Internet Service Provider, ie, we have to pay a Premium to allow Paid Advertising.
However, we will be Looking into this in the Near Future if there is a Considerable Interest In Paid Advertising Banners on this Site.
